If you have HBO, you must watch Generation Kill. Its a seven part series about 1st RECON Marines moving into Iraq when the war began. It's based on the writings of a Rolling Stones author who rode along with the unit. If you ever wondered what being a marine is really like...you'll get more than you asked for. Being in the military I'll say in short that, "Marines are people too." Enough said, now go watch!
